具体抽真空次数、每次抽的真空度以及灌胶次数须跟胶水特性, 灌胶量，产品结构，并且通过实验测试后得出。

点胶系统自动控制单次出胶量，配带胶量计量系统；定期进行计量系统校对，保证每次灌胶量一致性。

抽真空时长及单个产品灌胶时长待实物验证。当个产品灌有CT不能满足整线CT时，会设计一次同时给多个产品i灌胶，具体以工艺验证后实际参数为基准综合设计计算
